A Manila gelato brand needed a complete production setup — cream mixing, freezing, and packaging — bought from different Chinese suppliers and landed as one shipment. I sourced and vetted each line (including a cream mixer, a soft-serve machine with its agitator, a blast freezer, a pulverizer and a vacuum sealer), confirmed every unit ran on Philippine 220V/60Hz with US-style plugs, consolidated 27 items into a single 41-carton shipment of ~905 kg, and issued accurate bilingual Proforma Invoice and Packing List so customs cleared without a hitch.
